Material Handler, CNC

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy in part numbers and counts
• Label materials properly and distribute them to correct departments or inventory locations
• Perform cycle counting and make necessary adjustments to inventory records
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials as required
• Fill pick tickets and prepare kits for production areas
• Safely transport products to and from local vendors using a company vehicle
• Maintain accurate digital records of all receipts and disbursements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of material handling experience
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for local deliveries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic math skills and the ability to read scales and rulers
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using a material resource planning (MRP) system
