About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing materials to support production requirements
- Resolve exceptions to incoming materials processing
- Process customer returns using business software and collaborate with other departments for resolution
- Monitor production levels to ensure sufficient inventory is available as needed
- Coordinate and maintain the accuracy of cycle counting
- Work with various departments to fulfill customer orders and expedite incoming shipments
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift
- Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Fluency in English
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate motorized vehicles for full shifts (8-12 hours)
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in material handling
