Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials between manufacturing and packaging areas
• Prepare manufacturing and packaging materials at the start of each shift
• Generate labels (QCF-50 or electronic POMs) and prepare move tickets for material movement
• Maintain inventory accuracy by using PRMS, GME, and DCLink systems
• Organize staging areas with sufficient pallets and boxes for production
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily inspections on forklifts
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), EHS regulations, and 6S standards
• Clean and sanitize carts before entering cleanroom manufacturing areas
• Identify and move retained materials to the quarantine cage with proper documentation
• Assist with loading and unloading shipping wagons and inspecting them for compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in material packaging or related warehouse roles
• Valid driver's license
• Forklift license and Narrow Aisle forklift certification
• Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet
• Basic computer and mathematics skills
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
