Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to coordinate raw materials, scrap, finished goods, packaging, and chemicals
• Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices, including food safety and PPE requirements
• Inspect aluminum to ensure it meets proper quality standards and customer specifications
• Communicate effectively with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers
• Collaborate with the production crew to build positive team relationships and uphold ethical integrity

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in forklift operation and maintenance
• Working knowledge of proper hazardous waste management
• Experience using JD Edwards, AS900, or similar warehouse/ERP systems
