Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to unload, transport, and load materials and finished products
• Coordinate products including raw materials, scrap, finished goods, packaging materials, and chemicals
• Review warehouse production planning schedules to determine shipping and receiving duties
• Stage and load finished goods and materials in accordance with warehouse and production schedules
• Ensure finished goods are properly documented for shipment
• Coordinate processed scrap materials at bins and hoppers, including banding and storing materials

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience
• Ability to pass an approved forklift test

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
