About the role

Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive, store, track, and issue electrical and electronic components (SMT, passive, active, harness, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory levels through regular stock and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, track usage, and forecast demand
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely storage, retrieval, and consumption of products
  • Maintain the inventory management system with real-time data on stock movements
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of inventory experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or aerospace
  • Familiarity with electronic components, datasheets, and part numbering (e.g., resistors, capacitors, ICs)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanning tools
  • Ability to interpret BOMs, work instructions, and engineering drawings
  • ESD certification or strong knowledge of ESD-safe handling practices
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or other protected individual per export regulations
