Material Handler Associate

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor systems for incoming parts from Spare Parts
• Manage equipment parts for transport and maintain part quality through proper handling
• Communicate and escalate system and part issues using PDA and EMS tools
• Track, maintain, and communicate problem resolutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and abnormality tracking using 6S principles

Requirements

• High School diploma and at least 1 year of professional work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain reliable, punctual attendance
• Willingness to work overtime or non-scheduled days as needed
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet strict due dates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trade environments
• Associate's Degree or equivalent military/work-related experience
• Previous experience with parts handling and inventory control
