Material Handler 2

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and administrative tasks including shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, and equipment
• Unpack and check received goods against purchase orders or invoices and maintain accurate records
• Prepare merchandise for shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges
• Examine, stock, and distribute materials to inventory and manufacturing lines
• Prepare kitting packages for assembly production
• Use computers to view, log, and find job-related information
• Operate powered industrial vehicles, scanning devices, and other material handling equipment
• Read and understand written instructions and schematics

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of verified related experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift heavy items
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse or material handling experience
