Material Handler 1

Responsibilities

• Moving materials (primarily glass) using vacuum lift assist equipment
• Manually lifting and moving mobile carts to facilitate production
• Managing schedule and inventory requirements to maintain production flow
• Performing preventative maintenance such as cleaning and inspecting equipment
• Applying inspection procedures and tolerances to pass or reject materials

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
• Ability to write, perform basic math, and read a tape measure
• Punctual with excellent attendance
• Availability for overtime and emergency work
