Material Flow Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee 100% station operationality and validation before pilot and launch phases
• Lead design and implementation of MMH (Minimal Material Handling) and AGV solutions
• Ensure PFEP data, timelines, checklists, and Kaizen Journals are updated
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (WPI, IE, Safety, Packaging, Production) for station validation
• Supervise compliance with ergonomics, material flow, and lineside stock standards under WCM methodologies
• Act as the primary contact for packaging and plant teams to ensure integration and feasibility
• Evaluate and implement best practices and improvement opportunities in internal logistics
• Manage deviations in CAD and layouts to ensure correct equipment installation

Requirements

• Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in internal logistics and new model launches
• Intermediate-advanced English
• Knowledge of Stellantis WPI methodologies
• Experience in warehouse design, material flow studies, ergonomics, and logistics automation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel and Access), and ODCICS2
• Advanced presentation and communication skills
