About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of material expeditors to execute daily priorities
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering to resolve material shortages
- Monitor WIP locations and ensure accurate ERP/MRP transactions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in production control, materials, or shop floor expediting
- 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of material flow, WIP management, and ERP/MRP systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
