Material Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt of incoming parts, bin items, and manufactured parts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor stock levels for Kanban and bin-managed inventories through regular audits
• Receive and store manufactured parts from fabrication teams to support production schedules
• Issue manufactured parts to specific jobs within the ERP system
• Coordinate with materials teams to ensure materials are received and staged for production
• Manage work center Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)
• Review daily fabricated parts reports and collaborate with schedulers to address risks
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions
• Follow established safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt to changing production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems
• INFOR/SyteLine experience
