Material Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Stage and transfer materials from the warehouse to manufacturing areas based on the production schedule
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy by recording all material movements in SAP
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe workspaces and replenish supplies
• Support tanker and waste offloads using appropriate PPE, including a full face respirator
• Manage the packaging and preparation of outgoing materials and products for shipment

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Required certifications: Haz-Waste Handling, DOT, and IATA
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cGMP guidelines
• Understanding of OSHA and local safety guidelines
• Ability to work the weekend shift: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (7:00 am – 7:30 pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment involving active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs)
• Ability to interpret technical processes, regulations, and safety manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
