Material Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform site material receiving including organizing, unloading, and warehousing
• Record material receiving status and issue discrepancy reports
• Manage site material issuing and maintain documentation for construction requirements
• Conduct regular weekly and monthly material status checks
• Manage disposal of surplus construction material and material handover at mechanical completion
• Generate site material control status reports according to project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor or technical diploma degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience in site material control for oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of EHS and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an international engineering company
• Technical background
