Material Associate II, Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a stockroom cell by enforcing strict adherence to material handling practices and assigned daily tasks
• Maintain and report daily goals and metrics, including throughput, accuracy, and 5S
• Train personnel on proper material handling practices
• Identify process flow bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed
• Manage turnbacks via tracking tools
• Support the team by picking material for work order or sales order fulfillment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Prior stockroom experience
• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by regulatory requirements)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior logistics experience and/or experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience with proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing
• Intermediate computer skills, including typing and navigating new software
• Prior forklift driving experience
