Match Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot stadium communication systems
• Support match officials working with the Referee Review Area Monitor (RRA)
• Conduct pre-match integrity checks and liaise with stadium personnel
• Monitor and operate technical systems during live matches
• Manage equipment and coordinate logistics for travel between stadium locations

Requirements

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and responsible attitude with ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills under pressure in live broadcast environments
• Proficient in English
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
• Driving licence

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background in IT or Broadcast
• Interest in sports, specifically football
• Experience with VT/replay technology or live event technical production
• Willingness to travel locally and across Europe
