Match Day Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare video review systems at the stadium and monitor them during matches
• Set up and connect CPD at the Referee Review Area (RRA)
• Rig necessary cabling to team benches
• Set up team tablets in designated positions
• Verify and troubleshoot fibre connections with the switch in the van
• Monitor system functionality during warm-ups and live matches
• De-rig and store equipment in the van post-match

Requirements

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude with ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in high-pressure, live broadcast environments
• Strong time management skills
• Professional communication and stakeholder liaison skills
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to adapt to flexible, irregular working hours including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background in IT or Broadcast
• Interest in sports analysis and knowledge of football rules
• Willingness to travel locally and across Spain/Europe
