Masterdata Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and quality assure article-related master data in the business system
• Ensure product data follows relevant industry standards (e.g., Vilma, Finfo)
• Identify and correct errors, deficiencies, and deviations in data
• Collaborate with product managers, logistics, and sales functions regarding article data
• Contribute to clearer structures, workflows, and documentation to reduce dependency on individual knowledge

Requirements

• A few years of experience with master data, article data, or product data
• Experience working with business systems (ERP), preferably with article or product registers
• Strong understanding of how master data affects sales, purchasing, logistics, and product flows
• Proficient in Excel and experienced in working with large datasets
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central
• Knowledge of industry standards or product databases like Vilma or Finfo
• Experience with PIM, ERP, or similar system environments
• Knowledge of GS1, labeling, or product identification structures
• Experience with S&OP processes
