Responsibilities

• Conduct literature research in scientific journals, textbooks, and patents for idea generation and problem-solving
• Independently plan and execute laboratory experiments in a small technical laboratory plant
• Evaluate the results and test trials
• Perform detailed documentation and proper filing of results in company systems and present findings

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Technical Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
• Practical laboratory experience with the ability to conduct experiments independently and safely
• Theoretical and experimental knowledge in technical, organic, and analytical chemistry
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, teamwork, and communication abilities
