Master Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise training sessions on EV, ICE, and CNG systems
• Deliver hands-on practical training for 2 & 3 Wheelers using real components and diagnostic equipment
• Train on EV motors, controllers, BMS, batteries, wiring, and charging
• Train on petrol engine repair, BS6 systems, and CNG kit installation and safety
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments
• Maintain EV/ICE/CNG lab setups, tools, and equipment
• Manage center administration, trainee attendance, and documentation
• Build industry connections for student placements and organize employer meets
• Lead trainers, mobilizers, and placement coordinators to achieve center targets

Requirements

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering
• 5–7 years of combined experience in EV/Automotive service, engine diagnostics, CNG fitment, or technical training
• In-depth technical knowledge of EV, ICE, and CNG systems
• Proficiency with scanners, diagnostic tools, multimeters, and gas detectors
• Strong communication, presentation, and training delivery skills
• Leadership and center management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• NSDC/ASDC ToT Certification
• High-Voltage Safety Certification (EV)
• CNG Safety / PESO-aligned certification
