Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Ensure schedules align with project milestones, deadlines, and resource availability
• Coordinate and allocate resources to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular schedule risk assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on schedule status and progress
• Facilitate meetings with project teams to review schedules and address issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of schedules and related communications
• Mentor and train team members on scheduling best practices and tools

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• TS/SCI with Poly security clearance
• Extensive DoD or NSA experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in scheduling managing complex projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Certification in scheduling (e.g., CAPS)
• Experience in defense, intelligence, or federal projects
