Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and own the master production schedule across all production lines, including sequencing and completion targets
• Analyze production capacity and constraints across fabrication, assembly, and support areas
• Perform headcount and labor capacity planning based on required production hours and efficiency assumptions
• Identify schedule risks such as material shortages, engineering delays, and labor constraints, and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Materials teams to ensure production readiness
• Monitor schedule adherence and drive corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Excel and Power BI to communicate performance and capacity outlooks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Proven experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling and advanced functions)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to work in a high-pressure manufacturing environment with changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Experience working within a complex manufacturing environment
