Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain mold usage schedules aligned with production needs to ensure efficiency.
• Verify tooling readiness and track status regarding maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance by liaising with internal and external tooling shops.
• Align mold timing with new program launches and engineering change orders.
• Act as the primary communication link between production planning, tooling, engineering, and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate records of mold location, condition, and spare components.

Requirements

• Previous experience in scheduling or tooling coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with mold maintenance cycles, shot counts, and tooling audits.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
