Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) in alignment with forecasts, customer orders, and inventory strategies
• Balance demand and forecast with production capacity and material availability
• Convert demand into Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) on a 6-12 month horizon
• Manage SAP operations plans to ensure effective MRP runs and component availability
• Track and report on daily production output versus the MPS
• Schedule shipment plans to meet customer delivery expectations and maintain KPIs related to OBQ and OTD
• Coordinate with shop floor, logistics, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, and quality teams to resolve daily production issues
• Identify potential risks to customer timelines and escalate to the Program Manager with mitigation plans
• Act as the primary contact for customers to confirm "Available to Promise" dates
• Monitor order backlog to ensure zero past-due orders
• Drive continuous improvement for production planning processes and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, material science, or an equivalent discipline
• English language proficiency at a B2 to C1 level
• Medium-level proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
• Strong expertise in Capacity Planning and Demand Forecasting
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Data Analysis & Reporting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
