Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master production schedule to ensure balanced workloads and optimal resource utilization
• Collaborate with production planners, team leads, supply chain, and engineering personnel
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow
• Monitor and analyze plant capacity levels and provide actionable recommendations to address constraints
• Create and present detailed reports to upper management on plant capacity and production performance
• Implement and refine scheduling processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-10 years of experience in master scheduling or capacity planning within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Infor Syteline preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with make-to-order manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification
