Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master production schedule based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capabilities
• Align production plans with material availability, labor resources, and equipment capacity
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure schedule feasibility
• Monitor schedule execution and drive resolution of conflicts, shortages, or delays
• Maintain accurate planning parameters and data within ERP/MRP systems
• Analyze planning metrics such as schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and inventory turns
• Support S&OP processes and long-term capacity planning efforts
• Lead coordination of production schedules for new product launches or engineering changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
• Deep understanding of MRP/ERP systems and planning principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various functional levels
