Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning activities across IRAD/CRAD portfolios, aligning development priorities and resource capacity
• Build, publish, and maintain fully resourced Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for development programs
• Integrate DBTE lifecycle phases into executable schedules, ensuring traceability from requirements through test
• Conduct scenario analysis and "return-to-green" planning when schedule risks emerge
• Monitor IMS adherence and track key metrics such as schedule performance and critical path health
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, program management, and finance to align resources and funding
• Provide regular schedule status, risk, and critical path updates to leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years in scheduling, program planning, or related roles
• Proficiency with MS Project and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Infor LN, SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and scenario modeling
• Familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of IMS, critical path analysis, and resource loading
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or defense industry experience
• Experience supporting DBTE workflows (design, build, integration, and test)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering
• PMP or similar scheduling/program management certification
• Master's degree
