About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment plan goals
- Develop and provide individual treatment plans while monitoring, evaluating, and documenting client progress
- Manage intake documentation, progress notes, and event notifications in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor caseload daily to ensure timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, case reviews, and discharge plans
- Provide direct support services including Independent Living Skills (ILS), health promotion, rehabilitation, and crisis management
- Facilitate coordination of care through therapeutic interventions and case reviews
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and required administrative tasks
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related discipline (e.g., MA, MC, MSW)
- Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or eligibility for licensure from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to meet company driving policies
- Ability to pass a background check and DCS Central Registry check
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (or ability to obtain one within 7 days of hire)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NextGen Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or ASL)
