Master Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules based on customer demand, plant capacity, and material availability to ensure smooth manufacturing.
• Develop short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for internally produced items.
• Manage customer requirements and communicate production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer fill rate (OTD), finished goods inventory levels, and outbound freight control.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for planning failures or customer complaints.
• Support new project launches by sharing status updates and mitigating potential impacts on customers.
• Update weekly and monthly sales forecasts and planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar production scheduling or supply chain role.
• Full professional fluency in English (speaking, reading, listening, and writing).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and MRP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD).
• Experience managing customer portals (e.g., Stellantis, GM, VW, Daimler, Nissan).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
