Master Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Monitor OEM customer portals and online systems to ensure accurate data flow and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain, communicate, and validate customer shipping schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and publish the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) for assembly and blow mold operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OEMs to ensure transparency and on-time delivery.
• Manage WIP and finished goods inventory using Kanban and pull-based systems.
• Utilize the MPS as the core input to MRP to enable reliable supplier planning.
• Improve key supply chain metrics including inventory levels, freight optimization, and delivery performance.
• Support operational excellence by training end users and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in production scheduling, supply chain, or customer interface roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing flows, constraints, and MRP/MPS concepts.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and handle physical requirements such as standing or lifting up to 33 lbs.
