About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate manufacturing requirements to build optimized production scenarios based on manpower, machine, and material availability
  • Prepare and lead weekly and monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS) routine meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Build, analyze, and update operational KPIs to measure production plan adherence and delivery performance
  • Maintain data integrity, planning parameters, and master models within scheduling systems
  • Act as a key business end-user for major ERP migration projects (SAP PGI to SAP S/4HANA) and digital tool deployments

Requirements

  • Engineering or vocational training in industrial production, planning, project management, or logistics
  • Mastery of planning and scheduling tools, specifically SAP ERP (PGI/S4)
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and associated quality standards
  • Advanced proficiency in both French and English
  • Ability to obtain security clearance from recognized authorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ERP project management from concept to integration phase
  • Basic knowledge of SAP programming
