Master Plumber

Responsibilities

• Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for the facility, ensuring compliance with Texas State Plumbing Code and municipal requirements
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including domestic water, drainage, waste, vent, and hot water systems
• Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and system failures
• Ensure plumbing systems serving temporary and modular structures operate safely and reliably
• Supervise and verify plumbing work performed by apprentices, journeymen, or contractors
• Perform routine inspections and respond to plumbing emergencies and service calls
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, repairs, and corrective actions
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with site safety programs and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Texas Master Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing
• Demonstrated experience working with temporary, modular, or prefabricated structures
• Strong knowledge of the Texas State Plumbing Code
• Experience supporting high-occupancy residential or workforce accommodation facilities
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and perform hands-on plumbing work
