Master Plumber

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of plumbers while performing high-level plumbing tasks
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and record facilities equipment including heating, steam, freshwater, drainage, and sewer systems
• Source and price repair supplies and schedule repairs
• Plan installations and repairs by studying blueprints and work sketches
• Assist in training and working with other maintenance technicians

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Active Driver's License
• Master Plumber's License
• Backflow Prevention certification
• 7-8 years of plumbing experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Master Plumber
