Master Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer demands and company objectives
• Coordinate with sales, production, and purchasing departments to forecast and plan production
• Analyze and monitor demand and supply trends to make necessary plan adjustments
• Identify and resolve production process bottlenecks
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum downtime
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and reduce excess
• Prepare and present regular reports on master plan performance
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
• Create, roll out, and maintain SOP initiatives for the Planning department
• Gather and coordinate KPI metrics for weekly and monthly meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in production planning or inventory management
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
