Master or Journeyman Plumber

Responsibilities

• Install heat pump water heaters in residential homes from site assessment through final commissioning
• Remove and decommission existing gas and fossil fuel water heating systems safely and to code
• Handle plumbing rough-in and finish work including supply lines, discharge lines, and condensate drainage
• Coordinate with electrical partners on circuit requirements
• Conduct pre-install site assessments for space, clearance, and drainage requirements
• Ensure all jobs meet local code requirements and pass inspections
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Work with the operations team on scheduling, parts, and job status

Requirements

• Active Colorado Master Plumber license
• 3–5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Experience with water heater installation and replacement
• Experience with gas line capping and decommissioning fossil fuel appliances
• Understanding of local plumbing codes and permitting in the Denver metro area
• Knowledge of OSHA Electrical Standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with heat pump water heater brands like Rheem, A.O. Smith, or Bradford White
• Familiarity with electrical rough-in or coordination with electrical crews
• Experience using CRM or job management tools
