Master Optician/Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to implement sales-promoting measures
• Manage staff scheduling and quality management
• Oversee administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
• Provide full service including selection, consultation, fitting, repairs, and complaint handling
• Perform refractions and analyze correction values
• Provide competent, fashion-conscious customer consultation

Requirements

• Master's degree in Ophthalmic Optics (Augenoptikermeister)
• Several years of experience in personnel management (ideally as a Store Manager)
• Strong service orientation and ability to analyze individual customer needs
• Expertise in conducting eye tests and ophthalmic knowledge
• Team-oriented mindset
