Master Optician/Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support new store teams during establishment and daily operations
• Hand over stores to local teams after successful establishment to prepare for new openings
• Lead teams and manage personnel scheduling and inventory
• Manage quality control for eyewear and sales standards
• Provide full service including selection, consultation, fitting, minor repairs, and complaint handling
• Perform refractions and analyze correction values
• Advise customers with a focus on fashion and individual needs
• Train new employees and communicate company values

Requirements

• Master's degree in Ophthalmic Optics (Augenoptikermeister)
• High willingness to travel and relocate within Germany
• Several years of leadership experience (e.g., as Deputy or Store Manager)
• Strong customer and employee orientation
• Ability to remain calm and competent in stressful situations
• Adaptable mindset for frequent new store openings
