Master Optician/Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to implement sales-promoting measures
• Manage personnel scheduling and quality management
• Oversee administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
• Provide full service including selection, consultation, fitting, and minor repairs
• Handle customer complaints and reclamations
• Perform refractions and analyze correction values
• Provide competent, fashion-conscious customer advice

Requirements

• Master's degree in ophthalmic optics (Augenoptikermeister)
• Several years of experience in personnel management (ideally as a Store Manager)
• Strong service orientation and ability to analyze individual customer needs
• Expertise in performing vision tests and ophthalmic knowledge
• Team-oriented mindset
