Responsibilities

• Manage quality control within the store to ensure product quality for sale
• Provide comprehensive service including selection, consultation, adjustment, minor repairs, and complaint handling
• Perform refractions and analyze correction values
• Advise customers competently and fashion-consciously, acting as a brand enthusiast
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals

Requirements

• Master Optician qualification (Augenoptikermeister)
• Service-oriented and open-minded personality
• Ability to analyze individual customer needs effectively
• Strong expertise in ophthalmic technical knowledge and vision testing
• Passion for customer consultation and sales
