Responsibilities

• Manage quality control within the store to ensure eyewear quality for sale
• Provide full-service support including selection, consultation, adjustment, and minor repairs
• Handle customer complaints and claims processing
• Perform refractions and analyze correction values
• Advise customers with a fashion-conscious approach to inspire them with eyewear as a style accessory
• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals

• Technical expertise and ophthalmic know-how for vision tests
