Responsibilities

• Perform precise and high-quality vision tests using modern technology and binocular refraction expertise
• Ensure perfect frame adjustments for optimal fit, comfort, and visual clarity
• Act as a mentor and trainer for the team, sharing technical expertise and knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service by combining technical skills with personalized solutions
• Advise customers on eyeglass lenses, with a focus on high-quality upgrades

Requirements

• Qualification as a Master Optician (Augenoptikermeister), State-certified Optician, or a degree in Optometry
• Expertise in binocular refraction measurement
• Native-level German language skills for seamless communication with customers and the team
• Strong technical skills combined with a service-oriented mindset
