Master Optician

Responsibilities

• Perform precise and high-quality vision tests using modern technology and binocular refraction measurement.
• Ensure perfect adjustment of eyewear frames for optimal fit, comfort, and visual clarity.
• Act as a mentor and trainer for the team, sharing technical expertise and knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service by combining technical skills with personalized solutions.
• Advise customers on eyeglass lenses, with a focus on upgrades to ensure they make the best choice.

Requirements

• Qualification as a Master Optician, State-certified Optician, or a degree in Optometry.
• Native-level German language skills for seamless communication with customers and the team.
• Proven experience in binocular refraction measurement.
• Strong technical expertise combined with a customer-centric mindset.

• Monthly salary between €3,500 and €5,500 (full-time basis) plus a monthly bonus of up to 16% based on store targets.
