Master of Construction Machinery Technology

Responsibilities

• Ensure the readiness and functionality of machines and equipment
• Perform economical, sustainable, and high-quality repairs
• Plan, organize, monitor, and finalize maintenance, repair, and assembly work
• Organize and coordinate legally required technical inspections
• Control and approve work orders including ensuring proper documentation
• Manage cost centers, including technical invoice verification and monitoring working hours
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations (SGU)
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to assigned employees
• Select and train new employees and manage vocational training in the workshop
• Manage economical procurement of spare parts and repair materials
• Coordinate closely with construction sites to ensure technical equipment readiness

Requirements

• Completed training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechatronics technician
• Further training as a Master (Meister) or comparable qualification
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Several years of leadership experience
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• High awareness of costs and quality
• Team-oriented, organized, communicative, and resilient personality
