About the Company

EOLA Power is a leader in the critical power industry, specializing in UPS systems, battery systems, and backup power solutions. As we expand into electrical contracting services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician to lead and grow this new department.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs for critical power systems, including UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in the field
• Lead the development and growth of the Electrical Contracting division
• Build and manage a team of electricians and apprentices
• Plan and execute electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local building codes, and safety regulations
• Support the sales and engineering teams with technical insights during project planning

Requirements

• Current and active Master Electrician License in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain one)
• 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical installations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in critical power installations for data centers, hospitals, or mission-critical facilities
• Familiarity with electrical contracting business operations including estimating and procurement
