Master Data Supervisor Customer & Vendor

Responsibilities

• Coach and train team members on master data setup and change requests
• Monitor and manage performance of Master Data Advisors using KPIs and metrics
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and digitalization of processes
• Develop standard global processes and governance for customer and vendor functional areas
• Act as a master data representative for large-scale integration and adjacent projects
• Lead external audits and implement necessary corrective actions
• Develop and maintain standardized reports for stakeholders in collaboration with the COE

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Deep understanding of master data processes and critical data elements
• Technical knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (e.g., QAD, CMRP)
• Knowledge of digital tools such as PowerApps, PowerAutomate, MS Forms, or SharePoint
• Demonstrated experience managing external audits and implementing corrective actions
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing regional teams and processes
• Deep understanding of Master Data tables and end-to-end functional area processes
• Ability to communicate in the local language
