Master Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and run the Master Data Management (MDM) process for material, vendor, and product master data.
• Act as a key contact for the governance and excellence of master data standards, procedures, and end-to-end data flows.
• Monitor and safeguard data quality, reliability, and consistency to power the supply chain.
• Support the roadmap for new master data structures in alignment with local and global units.
• Identify automation opportunities to eliminate manual errors and improve operational agility.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and other cross-functional stakeholders to balance business requirements.
• Contribute to regional and global master data initiatives within the PTAB cluster.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience working with master data, ideally within a supply chain or FMCG environment.
• Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and practices.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to manage complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical knowledge into business language.
• Fluency in Turkish and advanced proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Quantitative or engineering background (e.g., Industrial, Computer, or Mathematics Engineering, Econometrics, or Economics).
• Experience delivering data management projects or working in information modelling environments.
• Eagerness to participate in regional and global projects across PTAB markets.
