Master Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the master data operating model, governance, and roadmap
• Set enterprise and domain-level strategy, standards, and hierarchies
• Define data quality targets, KPIs, and escalation models
• Establish governance models, decision rights, and forums
• Influence executive stakeholders to align data strategy with business priorities
• Manage and develop a team of Data Analysts
• Drive change management and adoption of master data capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data, technology, or business-related field
• 8+ years of experience in data strategy or master data management
• Proven people leadership experience
• Experience in enterprise-scale, ERP-centric environments
• Experience defining and operating master data governance models
• Architecture-level understanding of master data platforms and integrations
• Strong executive-level communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced certifications
• CPG industry experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with Syndigo
