Master Data Manager FHT T360

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards within GEA S4 ERP (T360)
• Define standardized operational reporting for FHT operational functions and managers
• Improve end-to-end processes from data collection to final reporting to enhance data quality and availability
• Support operational management teams with data collection, maintenance, analysis, and business insights
• Coordinate data gathering processes and build/optimize data models
• Train and support users of data tools, systems, and reports across various sites
• Guide and drive the implementation of master data governance across FHT entities
• Identify opportunities to improve data management systems, processes, and tools
• Monitor data quality and initiate corrective actions for data cleaning progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, International Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field
• Profound understanding of business processes within SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with data management and governance tools
• Knowledge of ERP master data structures and governance concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English; German and/or Dutch is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools
