Master Data Management Specialist

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master data in NetSuite, ZIP, and other approved systems
• Manage vendor master data including legal names, tax information, and bank details
• Validate high-risk master data fields and check for duplicate records
• Maintain clear audit trails in Jira, ZIP, and NetSuite
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to resolve data blockers
• Support internal controls, audit requests, and data quality checks
• Perform reconciliations and bulk data cleanup using advanced Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in Master Data Management, finance operations, or procurement operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP or workflow systems like NetSuite, Oracle, or Jira
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning)
• Strong attention to detail regarding high-risk data like bank and tax details
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite, ZIP, Kyriba, or BlackLine
• Familiarity with international bank formats (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT) and tax IDs
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Power Query
• Experience in a multinational or fast-growing technology environment
