Master Data Management (MDM) - Principal

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise MDM vision, strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Advise executive stakeholders on future-state data architectures, including data products, data mesh, and AI-ready ecosystems.
• Architect enterprise-wide mastering strategies spanning customer, product, supplier, and other key data domains.
• Leverage AI, machine learning, and graph technologies to improve entity resolution and data quality.
• Establish governance-by-design approaches connecting stewardship, metadata, lineage, and compliance.
• Lead large-scale global transformation programs and mentor senior consultants and architects.
• Develop business cases and value realization frameworks to quantify ROI and AI enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise data, architecture, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in multi-domain MDM, including hierarchy management, match and merge, and survivorship.
• Hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms such as Informatica, Reltio, Profisee, or SAP MDG.
• Strong expertise in modern data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven experience designing AI-ready data foundations for GenAI, RAG, and intelligent automation.
• Ability to translate complex technical strategies into executive-level business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• MDM platform certifications (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy).
• Cloud or data platform certifications (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• DAMA CDMP certification or expertise in data governance and metadata management.
